In the unlikely event that your cigars arrive damaged or broken, we will gladly issue a refund for the affected items. To initiate a return for broken cigars, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may require photographic evidence of the damaged items to process your refund efficiently.

Once we have verified the damage, we will process a refund to your original form of payment for the cost of the damaged cigars. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

If you encounter any other issues with your order, such as incorrect items received or quality concerns, please contact us as soon as possible. While we do not offer refunds for reasons other than broken cigars, we may be able to offer a store credit or replacement items, depending on the circumstances.
